Hall Park, Berkhamsted

This project is currently being built. The project involved gaining planning permission for a new 5 bedroom house which also includes a large basement to be used as a gym. The narrow site required careful positioning of windows to avoid overlooking the neighbours’ gardens. Placing the staircase and bathrooms in the middle of the plan allows the bedrooms to have generous windows facing towards the street and rear garden respectively.
